Description

Follow the surf three hours South of Perth and you will find one of Australia's most opulent boutique hotels. Cape Lodge. Listed as one of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World, Cape Lodge is set in 40 acres of manicured gardens and natural forest, surrounded by Margaret River's famous vineyards coastlines and art galleries.

Stroll through sweeping lawns and rose gardens to a tennis court set amidst towering trees, or read quietly in the filtered sun of a weeping willow. There are eighteen sumptuous suites some with their own balcony or terrace overlooking a private lake. The suites are thoughtfully situated in four separate buildings to give guests the ultimate in privacy.

Six classically designed rooms, including a honeymoon suite with marble ensuite are located in the original lodge. Nestled amongst lavender and roses are the four garden rooms. On either side of the lake, eight romantically secluded terrace and lake suites can be found.

Interiors of austere quality feature in every room with understated colours and uncompromisingly beautiful fabrics. Paintings from the owners private collection of well-known Australian artists hang throughout the lodge.

Epicureans can enjoy fresh innovative cuisine at the lodge's restaurant, which is reserved exclusively for guests. Executive Chef, Tony Howell uses local produce plucked from nearby oceans and farms. Dishes are complimented with an impressive selection of both local and French wines.

Awaken to a sumptuous gourmet breakfast, in your room or on the sunny conservatory. Room Types:
Queen-size Rooms: situated in the main lodge featuring queen size bed with shower in the ensuite, conveniently located near the guest lounge and conservatory.
King-size Rooms: located in the main lodge, these spacious rooms feature lounge/ sitting area, king size bed and bath/ shower in the ensuites.
The 'Honeymoon' Suite: located in the main lodge overlooking the gardens and lake featuring king size bed and luxurious marble ensuite with spa bath.
Garden King-size Rooms: Garden Wing rooms feature private courtyards with outdoor settings and tranquil garden views. All feature king-size beds and bath/ shower in the ensuites.
Garden Spa Suite: Situated in the Garden Wing with private courtyards, feature King-size beds, large spa bath and separate shower overlooking the garden.
Lake Spa Suite: Situated on the edge of the lake with wonderful views, only a short stroll from the main lodge. Featuring king size beds, open plan ensuite with large spa bath/ shower and lounge area.
Terrace Spa Suites: Nestled in the gardens with tranquil garden and lake views. Featuring King-size beds, open plan ensuite with spa bath/ shower and relaxing lounge area and CD player.

Rates include a fully cooked gourmet breakfast served until 11am daily.
