In October 1996, Perth welcomed its newest luxury hotel, the magnificently appointed Duxton.

This latest Western Australian landmark is bordered by St George's Terrace, the city's business thoroughfare; the Perth Concert Hall and, to the south, the sweeping blue waters of the Swan River.

Each of the Duxton's 306 rooms and suites features multi-channel television, movies on demand, a personal bar, coffee-making facilities and generous, contemporary bathrooms.

Our Club Rooms, on the top two floors of the building, offer the business traveller luxurious accommodation, with a private Club Lounge and security key lift access.

Every floor has a suite; and every suite features separate living and bedrooms and large, marble bathrooms. The Presidential Suite has an additional dining room and superb views of the Swan River and the Southern city.

The hotel has seven conference and meeting rooms which will accommodate from ten to three hundred guests.
