The only brewery and the largest winery are on site! Take the 2 hours to do the Hunter Valley Wine School course. Time and money well spent! Unique to the resort is the new Hunter Wine Theatre and the Hunter Valley Wine School. This is a two hour certificate course looking at winemaking, a tour of the vineyard to learn how wine is made, and learning why wine tastes the way it does - including personalised Wine Appreciation Certificate.
Facilities include mountain bikes, tennis, a pool, heated spa, massage centre, walking tracks, and horseback riding. Located just minutes away is the Binnorie Cheese factory, hot-air ballooning, horse and carriage tours, antique shops, Hunter Valley Gardens and three championship golf courses.
