The Information We Collect:
There are two places on the Travelmall where we collect information.
The first is the subscription box for the Travelmall Newsletter.
We ask for your email address, and your name if you feel like giving
it to us. If you do, we can personalise your monthly newsletter
announcement. If not, we'll probably just call you "mate".
This is a time honoured Australian tradition when you don't know
or have forgotten someones name.
The second place we collect information is when you request a booking
or make an enquiry. We will ask you for your name, address, email
address, Phone and Fax numbers, and in the case of bookings, your
credit card details.
The Way We Use Information:
We use the information you provide about yourself when making a
reservation only to complete your booking and to send you our newsletter.
We do not share this information with outside parties except to
the extent necessary to complete that booking (like informing hotels
or tour operator of your name).
We use the details you give us when subscribing to the Travel Mall
Newsletter to send you the newsletter each month, and if you like,
to personalise the delivery. We don't sell, rent, loan or in any
other way disclose your details to any outside party. We are grateful
for your trust, and we respect that.
We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided
to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.

the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate
physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and
secure the information we collect online.
