The Ettamogah Pub was opened on Easter 1987. It now contains the Pub, the winery, Souvenir Shop, Cafe, Bistro and free entertainment on Sunday afternoons in the Barn. On weekends and school holidays, there are camel rides and `Dodgem cars for the kids. Ettamoogah is based on a famous Australian cartoon series, shown as an outback pub. The Dad-and-Dave Mythology is proving popular with the tourists, which have neither the time nor the inclination to go to "the country" to discover a true pub's atmosphere. The Ettamogah Bar and Family Restaurant provides something for everyone. There's a Kid's Room to keep the little one's happy while mum and dad enjoy a “Struth Lager”, snack or full meal, like lasagna, beef burger, fish and chips or a rump steak.On Saturday nights the Ettamogah Bar revs up and has a night club so the adults can get down to some music classics and possibly a Meat Loaf ballad or two. Ettamogah Pub is a great tourist attraction. The Ettamogah pub has heaps of cartoon signs and the pub itself is in the shape of a cartoon. The Ettamogah Pub is open daily from 0900 - 2200.
