The first barrel of Bundaberg rum rolled out of the production line in 1888, Over 110 years later Bundaberg Rum is Australia's most famous spirit.The Bundaberg Rum Visitor Centre is a historic Queenslander that holds a shop with extensive merchandise, a taste testing bar and a life like museum display. With a tour of the Bundaberg Rum Distillery you will be shown the process of Bundaberg Rum being made and you can tantalise your taste buds with a taste test of the famous Aussie spirit. The Bundaberg Rum Distillery is open from 1000-1500 on Monday to Friday operating tours on the hour. It opens from 1000-1400 on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
